Q: I am on the the proof page and nothing happens when I click on the ADD TO CART button?

Q: I am on the Checkout page and nothing happens when I click the CONTINUE button.

A: If you are on the proof page and the ADD TO CART button is not working. First make sure you have placed a checkmark in the APPROVAL BOX.

B. If you are on the checkout page and the CONTINUE button is not working. You need to upgrade your browser. See below.

Q: How do I save my design?

A: You can save your design 2 different ways.
1. Log in to your account and add the product to your cart. When you log back in later it will still be in your cart waiting for you.


2. Email yourself a link. When you are customizing your product there is a box located on the right hand side that will ask you to submit your email and it will send you a link of your design. You can keep this link in your inbox and click on it when you are ready to return to your design.

Q: How do I customize the text on a design?

A: On the personalize page. Roll your mouse over the text on the product. You will see the text is highlighted in blue. Click and a box will show up to start editing your text.

Q: How do I change the color of my design?

A: If there are color options you can do this by clicking the PERSONALIZE button and clicking on the color options that are shown there.

Q: I can't seem to fit all the text I want on the invitation or stationery product?
A: When you submit your order you can let us know in the NOTE BOX the additions or changes you would like with your order. We will have our designers send you a new proof for approval before we print your order. This may delay your order by 24 hours.
Q: The text looks off center?
A: We always have designers looking at your product before we print it. Sometimes due to the nature of the font you chose it may look slightly off center. We will fix this before we print your product.
Q: When will I get my order?
A: Customized orders take up to 5 business days with shipping to fulfill. If you need it sooner please email us at info@ustationery.com with your order number and inform us that you need it sooner. We will make sure to work within your timeline.
Q: I am in Chicago can I pick up my order?
A: Yes give us a call and we will reimburse you for your shipping and schedule a time for you to pick up your product.
